• All students of the institute are expected to abide by the rules and regulations of AIIA run by JES.

• No refund of any fees once paid will be made. All fees/1st instalment are payable before the commencement of respective course.

• Every Student is expected to observe discipline inside and outside the campus. Breach of discipline will be dealt with by the Director and the Principal of the AIIA finally.

• Absence from the classes without prior permission of the principal is viewed seriously.

• Students are expected to be in uniform and with I-Card while attending the classes and inside the premises of the institute.

• Ragging of junior students is strictly prohibited. Any student found indulging in ragging will be expelled from the institute.

• All students must attend educational visits and other tours (arranged by the institute at extra cost) to enhance their knowledge and skills.

• Student can have classes at any time between 9A.M to 6 P.M.

• Students will be responsible individually or collectively for any damage to property of the institute.

• The management reserves the right to revise duration and syllabus of the course, if found necessary, as also the fee and other charges.

• Failure to comply with any of the rules, regulations or requirements notified from time to time will be punishable with fine or any other disciplinary action.

• All disputes are subjected to the Jurisdiction of Surat city only.

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES

• Read the prospectus fully and carefully to get complete information about the course, candidate has opted for.

• Candidates are advised to fill up the application form in his/her own handwriting in ink and should sign the form at the designated place. The applicant should satisfy himself/herself regarding his/her eligibility for the course he/she is applying for. In case anything is found false or incorrect later, it will be the responsibility of the candidate only.
